Needs a clean up but very sturdy hutch. Each layer is connected but can be closed off with the hatch to make a block of three separate units. Small crack in wood of top left corner but roofing is completely in tact. Hutch has always been covered within a covered enclosure and also has its own tarp over roof and back of hutch for insulation, so is in excellent condition. Only 1.5 years old. Can be dismantled by yourselves for transport instructions available on website. Other hutches also available discount given for quick collection and multiple purchases.
