A set of 6 Niels Koefoed "Eva" chairs in teak.
The chairs are in good solid condition, with no breaks, splits or loose joints and no wobbles.
There have been no repairs.
The wood has been cleaned and polished.
There are some signs of wear, mainly on the bottom of the legs, commensurate with their age, but nothing major.
The seats have been re-upholstered in a high end hard-wearing oatmeal colour fabric from Osborne & Little, which has been
scotch-guarded.
Very comfortable, with their padded seats and high back.
The wood on two of the chairs has been replaced and are not original.
They are the same shape but are approx. 8cms shorter across the width.
The depth is the same as the other four chairs. However, the difference is not glaringly obvious!
Each chair has the designer's name branded into the chair frame underneath.
