Dam Belle Fleur, placed in several FEI events over her career.
Lucky (Heros Van De Thijshoeve) won Colt of the Year award in Belgium.
Lucky is well schooled and is a real head turner with beautiful floaty paces and smooth transitions. He does well over a course of jumps and enjoys dressage. He’s a beautiful soul who really tries hard for his rider and loves to be a good boy.
He’s got fantastic stable manners and genuinely doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. However, he can be insecure / excitable in some environments and so needs a confident rider.
He will hack out, but only in company. And needs some patience to box.
I think this has come from years of being pushed hard in the jumping ring, and with the some time and the right owner, I’m confident that he will overcome this.
I’ve had him for 18 months the first 7 months of which he was on working livery at a riding school where he was a favourite with the Intermediate and Advanced riders. Taking part in jump clinics and dressage competitions on site.
I wanted to have him more to myself so moved him to a private yard where he has thrived, he's much happier and chilled and really has become a part of the family. I’ve had my 8 year old son on him doing lead reign lessons and trust Lucky completely with him on the ground.
This is a really sad sale, and only because a change in my personal circumstances mean I just can’t give him the time he deserves anymore.
I’m ideally looking for a relaxed and loving forever home for Lucky. He is 16 but has plenty of fuel left in the tank and will no doubt bring many years of joy to the right person.
