Stunning bay Standardbred gelding registered with STAGBI. Rising 10 years. Approx 16.3hh. An absolute pleasure to be around, he's very affectionate and willing to try anything you ask of him. Loads, clips and catches no problem. Perfect for farrier and dentist. I don't know anything of his history before 2022 other than he did race. I've been hacking him when I can and riding in the field at at our yard when the ground allows but we don't have the facilities I need in terms of decent varied hacking or a school and it's just been constant stop / start which isn't what I want for him. He is very green but he's safe although sharp. He doesn't buck, rear or bolt but he can do a very swift spook / spin. This is only ever when another horse spooks, he has an overly dramatic response. This is purely down to lack of miles in his legs and confidence. He is better on his own, or in front. He is currently barefoot but struggles on rough ground. He will need to be shod in front when in regular work. He will come with a nearly new saddle and rugs. Teeth and vaccinations up to date and he has had a routine physio treatment recently.
