One owner from new, and always stored undercover.
This is the best version of this model as the shower is a separate cubical and not a whole toilet "wet room" along with a chest of drawers at the rear.
The two bunks are at the rear in their own bedroom along with the dinette which makes another bed, so three children can sleep undisturbed from the TV etc in the main area, much better than central bunk beds as in many caravans.
A full size awning is included as per photos (storm straps and pegs included) along with electric hook up cable, both clean water and waste tanks (mains kits inc for serviced pitches)

The hitch is the Alco anti sway clamp type, and does not require any other anti sway device.
All carpets are included, some have never been used.
It is in very good condition, the only marks/ slight dint's are on the Nearside wall where awning rods have fallen whilst dismantling.
This caravan is fully ready to go once loaded with food and clothes!
