Looking for a safe ride for a novice rider no attitude preferably a 13.2hh cob or anything cob x has jumping potentially and over 12years old good in traffic and with other horse mares,geldings

Looking for somthing extremely safe to put a complete novice on for my little sister she has ridden my pony that bucks and she has come of so we're just looking for somthing that she can walk trot canter and possible do a few cross polls in full control looking for a mini cob
(NO SHETLANDS!!!) The rider has not been riding for long so just want somthing that won't hurt her I don't mind somthing that needs some work because I can do that as I have experience in backing horses and I have a cupple novice and young horses.

And has to be alright with being turned out 24,7 with a mixture of mares,geldings old and young the smallest we have is 12hh but is not able to ride and largest is about 18hh so we have a mixture of heights. And also no fence breakers for both ponys MUST be good in traffic alone and in company for the little pony preferably want to be able to lead on another horse if needed,good to load and catch don't mind if any kick as we have on but not for the little one something that is safe enough for a 6year old to ride on thare own and as we have a horse that's already boss of the feild so nothing that will try challenge her as she's around 18hh and don't want any injuries
