Pure bred, buff leghorn bantam quintet for sale.
We now have our breeding team available. Sturdy healthy birds which are now around 12 to 15x months old. They have laid well since February and continue to do so. Brilliant fertility results, we have raised plenty of quality chicks and now happy to release the adults.
Our strain lay a good sized egg for a bantam (even bigger in 2nd season) and in great quantity. During two weeks in April, we almost achieved an egg, per pullet, per day.
This variety of leghorn is rarely available in the UK in either bantam or large fowl form.
4x pullets, 1x cock. Good show conformity. These lay a white egg (quite large for a bantam) and in decent quantity. Asking £80.00 for this quintet. If you don't want the cock, the hens are £18.00 each
* we also have a trio of cuckoo maran bantam pullets (no cockeral). These are 2022 bred and lay dark brown eggs. They are really tame! Asking £50 for this trio.
