George has come back to me after being with his family for over 6 months they’ve had a great time with him but unforeseen family circumstances mean that he has to find a new family to love!
the family were complete novices before george and he’s looked after them in all aspects, with daily handling and riding from a small 7yr old girl who absolutely adores him
he’s the perfect lead rein pony, i’ve had him out in all traffic and he’s never battered an eyelid, he will happily run along side you and drop back down to walk easily, he’s definitely more whoa than go!
he does poles and has a go at small jumps, he’s been covered in fancy dress and ridden in a fun show last summer where he was foot perfect!
loads and travels perfectly!
george will happily lunge with a rider on and will listen to the person on the ground, and the rider, if someone was to but george as a first ridden off lead rein the child must be established enough to kick and steer, with his age he is green but by far the most honest pony i’ve ever met
perhaps going to a home with an older child or small adult to bring along his education could suit
