13.3hh 7 year old Cob gelding

I have owned Alvin for just over 2 years but have sadly outgrown him. He’s a friendly character, and a yard favourite wherever I have kept him. He’s not a pony that needs to be ridden everyday however I find he is better with a routine. I’d prefer Alvin to go to someone who is a competent rider and confident handler, this is because he takes a lot of confidence from his rider, and with the right person he will try really hard under the saddle. He’s a very keen jumper, both show jumps and XC. I have also taken him to an in hand show where he did very well, even winning his first class and I received a lot of compliments on him.
He’s well behaved on hacks alone or in company and will happily lead or go behind. Read more
