Danger Mouse - previously advertised as a 41/2 year old. handsome, kind, well-handled, good natured, easy-to-tack-up, fully vaccinated, up-to-date, child/disabled/farrier/vet friendly, ready-to-go, children's dream show pony project, but unfortunately he developed some stifle lock. Vets checked & likely only a passing issue. Said with 3wks of daily up-hill walks should come right & make a 'fantastic kids' pony'. Backing + lead rein work good too. Mega-easy to tack up & has had a child on his back. Yet we can make no promises. Show pony?? Been good companion/chilled with other ponies incl. old mare, young colt.. Maybe as lead rein pony project, special needs pet or party 'unicorn'. To kind home, big family, petting zoo or small pony business.
Not seen signs of sickness, lumps or bumps, laminitis, sweet itch, asthma, vice etc. Gelded. Even before gelding wasn't coltish -more motherly to small, young, weak rescue colts.
Microchipped & Passported. Feet trimmed every 6 wks. Wormed. Fully vaccinated 1st, 2nd & 3rd Flue & Tetanus. Easy to catch. Comes right up. Either follows or leads by just a loose rope around the neck to/from paddock. OK to have all 4 feet picked. Good to load & travel. Easy to tie up, brush, wash, pleat, rug up, tack up, worm, jab, dress up etc. Excellent for our vet. Well loved but not had treats. Been fine with sudden loud noises on the farm. More nervous in new places, as not seen much yet, but soon learns. Not kicked or bit anyone. A lovely pony that, even if not perfect, deserves a lovely home. Re-homing fee £600 as seen. Not for profit. Full transfer of ownership, passport & signed receipt given. Can usually deliver same or next day at cost price. Open to viewing & vetting. Honest advise given. Thanks! x
