This is volume one of the modern barkers books it is what bakers shops and bakeries would have purchased in the early Edwardian times.
This helped to set up and run a successful business the spine is a little worn but the book is on good condition a bit of rust marking on pages but for it age it is very good,lovely art nouveau picture on the front and many slides inside coloured and black and white of bread styles very relavant today to use some things do not go out of date.
