4 year old, 13.2 Cob project

Nellie is a 13.2/3 to finish at 14.2 cob mare, she’s 4 years old.
I bought Nellie in an awful state, she’d been tethered and still had ropes on when I picked her up. I’ve had Nellie’s feet done, wormed, passported, started her vaccinations. I’ve also clipped her although she wasn’t keen and I didn’t want to sedate her so it’s not the best clip but her coat was a mess. I planned to bring her on and produce but she’s proving too much for me on a yard on my own I need a helper and I haven’t got this with 3 young children. She needs more handling around her head area, will pick all 4 feet up. Had rugs on also now. she’s had tack on and I’ve laid on her but no further I’m being as honest as I can.
She’s £1500ono and I’m based in Lincolnshire. Will make a cracking show cob/all rounder. Read more
