I've just serviced the bike with a new freehub, hub bearings, bottom bracket and bar tape. The chain and sprockets were cleaned and the chain is still fairly new. The bike probably needs a good clean but I ran out of time. Obviously, it's a used bike and there are scuffs and scratches but there is no rust.
Everything works perfectly and it rides very well.

It's a modern geometry frame with a sloping top tube so conventional seat tube length bike sizing can be misleading. Measuring with a tape measure it's roughly equivalent of a traditional 58cm frame.
