A very attractive early 21st century solid oak nest of three tables, of exceptional quality and condition.
This fabulous table set is English made by one of the leading furniture manufacturers in today's market place, the famous Wood Brothers Old Charm Furniture Company of London Road, Ware, Herts, England.
The tables are part of the very popular 'Old Charm' Tudor Brown Range, Model No. 1494. They have an attractive oak wood graining throughout and would sit nicely with other matching Wood Brothers Old Charm items of furniture.
The three tables all have spacious flat tops, decorative moulded thumb-nail edges and traditional pegged corners, for greater strength.
The set has one large table, which has a deep frieze below an over-sailing solid oak top. The frieze has decorative grooved lines and a rounded bottom edge. The table has sturdy oak stretchers, for added strength, and it stands on attractive turned oak truncheon legs, raised upon traditional blocked feet.
The two smaller tables slide underneath the larger at the front. They match the larger table in colour and style. The smaller table has an additional stretcher to the front section.
The tables are in excellent condition.
