For sale a pair of single roller shutter garage doors presently installed as a paid in a double garage but they are quite independent and can be sold as a pair or separately. Each door has it’s own control panel and two remote controllers.
The dimensions of each door are - Overall width including frame 7’- 5.5” width of the opening with the door raised 7’-00” height of opening with the door raised 6’-6.5”and the headroom required for the operating mechanism 9”.
The overall width of the pair of doors including frames installed together is 15’-1”
The doors operate from a mains power supply but they can be operated manually in case of a power cut.
The doors are in very good condition. There is no damage and they have seen very little use because I have used my garage as a workshop and I doubt the doors have been opened more than once a week maximum. They are being removed only because I now require a single full width door. The doors will be removed carefully when the new door is fitted and I expect that to be in about 3 to 4 weeks.
The doors can be inspected and demonstrated prior to removal and reserved with a small deposit.
