This edition is coming up to its 40th anniversary and has a photograph of The Old Vicarage in Willian village on the front cover. The magazine has 36 pages with features of general interest in Hertfordshire. There are advertisements for businesses still in existence and some that have long gone.
I’ve no idea what it is worth so I am leaving it open to offers. The proceeds will be added to a fund for vehicles and medical/surgical equipment for volunteer medics working in Ukraine. The small teams of unpaid volunteers from around the world are in constant danger, working only a few hundred metres behind the frontlines. In the past year six of them have lost their lives and a further sixteen have been seriously injured. They are treating and saving the lives of civilians, Ukraine troops and Russian prisoners of war. Please help them! Details of their work can be provided to anyone interested in helping.
