Advert Description

Please feel free to make an offer.

An early, brass upper bodied spark plug, by the maker OLEO. I believe there's a patent date of around 1910 to 1913.
The Plug is marked "OLEO Magneto" & trade mark logo on the ceramic part.
Stamped "No 11A OLEO 20-11".

A nice example of a rare plug, but please do your own research.

Unusually the upper most part is made of solid brass & the bottom steel.

In expected used but condition for a item of this age & nature. There's a little minor surface rust on the steel part that will easily clean up.

I don't see why it wouldn't still work, as the ceramic insulator's still in one piece. A three ground electrode design. The three outer & central electrode are still in place. The central electrode could do with a little nudge, as it's rather close to one of the outer electrodes. It doesn't rattle & is solid.

It's approx 3 1/2" long.

Please study the images, as they also form part of the description & please do your own research.

Can post at extra cost. Postage includes being signed for.
