A really nice vintage Brooks branded cyclist's steel multitool vintage saddle and bike spanner. A must-have for the pannier or saddlebag to go with your puncture repair kit! This would date, I would guess, to the 1960s or 70s. It has good original finish and has not been trashed by unskilled hands, as you can see.
