This toilet is new and unused with full instructions on installation and use including a template for fixing the unit .
The seat is a heavy duty upgrade, most like a conventional toilet. There is an additional child's seat making it suitable for all the family.
There are 3 waste buckets with lids for 2 (the 3rd bucket will be in the toilet and not need a lid!) and a complimentary bag of wood chips to get you started.
The unit can be connected to a 12v power source to operate the fan. This will dispel smells through the pipe supplied.
