Elvis 12.1hh piebald mini cob 11yrs gelding lots of mane, tail and feathers. Always been barefoot, good to catch, load travel, wash, groom, clip.
Not a fan of big Lorry’s and tractors but fine if in a gate way or on the inside of another horse while they pass.
I have owned elvis since he was 4 and he has been an amazing lead pony for my daughter then her first ridden pony.
Elvis’s has been to numerous pony club rallies, mounted games, fun ride, dressage, camp and the odd show jump competition (jumping is not his forte ) Sadly though my daughter has out grown him in size and ability.
Most resently elvis did a spell at the local riding school/trekking centre and he was an absolute favourite there. He only came home due to my daughters pony
being lame and we needed him back while she recovered from an abscess. pony now sound and doing well and though I know the riding school would have him back
I would like to see him find a new little person to love him and go have some fun with and be treated like the king he is and be part of the family.
This is truly a very sad decision and though I would keep him as a pet he is just too good to be stood around doing nothing. He does have COPD which
is easily manage by mostly living out and dust free indoor environment, soaked hay or haylage. Happy to discuss
this with people with genuine interest.
Elvis will not go to just anyone and I’m in no rush so only the best of homes need to enquire.
