TREND LOCK JIG (LOCK/JIG)

Trend Lock Jig (LOCK/JIG) with interchangeable templates for use with a plunge router to cut the mortise & faceplate recess for popular door locks.

• locks, with up to 3”deep For most common sash mortises & dead mortises and a 7/8” or 1” face-plate.
• Deeper mortises can be achieved with a suitable size of auger bit.
• Fast, clean & accurate results on doors 34mm to 58mm thick.
• Steel plates (17No. templates) & body.
• An auger bit and drill are required for deep mortises.
• The jig requires a ½” plunge router with a 80mm plunge, fitted with a 30mm guide bush with 6mm spigot & 12mm diameter long reach cutter. A ¼” plunge router can be used for the face-plate but will not achieve full depth of mortise.

Used occasionally but in excellent condition. Now no longer required. Includes instruction booklet.
