I put this off and put this off but this horrid winter has pushed me to the point I just can’t manage anymore.
This precious girl has been with me around 5 years. She has been out of work 2 years and is out in her field muddy and woolly.
I threw some tack on her the other day and rode her out with my daughter’s pony. She was perfect. If you try to ride her alone after so long off work she gets a bit full of it but once in regular work she will improve massively. In company she is good as gold.
She has produced a beautiful foal and is an excellent mother. Has been used in a riding school for the more advanced riders. She is not a plod (unless hacking at the back-then she’s like a Cleethorpes donkey) and she can take her confidence from her rider. On the ground she is an overgrown Labrador. She loves being groomed especially her tail! She is excellent to load and travel. Easy to clip. Perfect with her feet and has no vices. Once going again she will make a great happy hacker.
To be sold from the field as a summer project.
