Dolls House Lake View from Dolls House Emporium

PLEASE NOTE, this house is being sold EMPTY. The furniture is available separately.
This beautiful, modern dolls house also comes with the bonus of the garden room.
It is wired for lighting but has not been tested recently.It is now a quite hard to find house.
As I was going to replace the flooring in the kitchen, the bottom staircase is just resting in place. This will make it easier to redecorate it or it can just be glued back in position.
The railings near the door on the first floor will need regluing as they are temporarily being held in place with grip wax.
Overall it is in very good, used condition. The decor is good but can easily be changed to suit the new owner.
