Happy friendly healthy gelding 22 yrs young diagnosed with cushings 3 years ago, on 1 tablet a day as copes very well!

Was hoping to find a full loan or similar but I’m running out of time before my current support returns to work. 3 young children at home an no transport is pushing this urgent search!!
Any suggestions or possibilities in or around Essex for retirement / companion where he’d still get the best care and lots of fuss would be greatly appreciated please??
