Welsh Section A.Good conformation and movement. 3 years

Has a Welsh Pony and Cob Society part bred passport. Both testicles descended and now ready to geld. It is too muddy to do him here and I will have to hire transport to get him to the vets to be gelded. I have no rider for him.
Good to catch. I have no job for him as my daughters are adults now.
He has good conformation and is a good mover with a good walk,. Will make a
