Wanted DIY livery,sole use or grazing Notts/Derby/Lincoln

Grazing- 1-2 acres needed for 15hh gelding and possibly 1 small pony (if sole use). Or DIY livery. Field shelter/stable (or able to put one up) and good off road hacking a must for older horse with arthritis. Anything else a bonus. Grazing doesn't need to be the best as a good doer but daily turnout a must. Mature, experienced owner who will take good care of the land. references available.
