I have 8 PURE BRED RARE BREED LARGE FOWL Yokohama chicks HATCHING EGGS ALSO AVAILABLE….PLEASE MESSAGE ME…!! The chicks are are now 10 weeks old. They are outdoors in a coup on the lawn at the moment before moving to larger quarters. When adults, the female Yokohamas lay 60-80 smallish cream tinted eggs per year. The Yokohama is a German breed of Japanese fancy chicken, with unusual colouring and very long tail-feathers. It was created by Hugo du Roi in the 1880s, and derives from ornamental birds brought to Europe from Japan in the second half of the nineteenth century. The Sultans are also from Japanese origin. Look them up on Google. NB…I HAVE PUT THAT THE SEX IS FEMALE BUT THEY ARE NOT SEXED. I CANNOT COMPLETE THE FORM WITHOUT PUTTING EITHER MALE OR FEMALE IT SEEMS…they may be male or female.
