It has recently had a new air conditioning unit fitted in the lounge area and a new electric hot water heater.
Outside is a patio area, with a frame for a canopy to provide shade. There is also space to park a car.
It is on a residential site with approximately 35 homes. There is a communal pool and a bar just for the site, that opens about 4 times a week. 2 pets are allowed. Family and friends can stay but you cannot commercially rent out the home. Children can stay for holidays, but not live on the site.
Ground rent is 325€ per month, payable 6 monthly or annually. Water and electricity are metered and paid monthly.
The site is only 15 minutes drive form Alicante airport and a 20 minute drive to the coast. It is just a short 5 minute drive into the towns of Catral or Crevillente, where there are plenty of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. You do need a car to get around, as there is no public transport in this area.
