Due to lack of space and playing less, I'm thinning out my collection of guitars. This LP Gold Top style guitar is another reluctant sale. A fabulous guitar, (colour is actually more Bronze than Gold but looks great). The guitar sounds and plays superb with a nice low action. When these guitars come into stock, they sell out - FAST....
A Basswood body, maple neck, blackwood fretboard, Tune-O-Matic bridge and classic P90 pickups. The guitar has been upgraded with full size CTS pots, a much better quality 3-way switch, better capacitors and braided 'Gibson' style wiring. The wiring has been modified to 50's style wiring. Please bear the expensive upgrades in mind when considering the asking price - this is NOT a stock HB guitar. Also the guitar has had a full setup.
The guitar is in good condition, but there are a couple of dings on the front, that were caused when I stupidly knocked my acoustic guitar off my workbench and it caught the front of the LP, (I'd only had it for a few days too). Purely cosmetic though and the guitar still looks fantastic.
