This comprehensive sale comprises a fully operational and running engine, paired with a 915 transmission, along with all essential components such as fuel injection tin, fuel filter, cold start valve, CD box, linkage, and accessories. Notably, the engine features the correct 019MFI pump, injectors, and authentic plastic throttle bodies.
Originating from a recently acquired 1974 911, this engine-drive train duo underwent a test drive before being meticulously removed in our shop on 8/12/14. During its operational phase, the engine exhibited excellent performance, boasting no smoke and maintaining exceptional oil pressure. Although the heat exchangers were previously removed for aftermarket tube headers, the engine retains its stock appearance and integrity, awaiting a proper freshening and the addition of correct heat exchangers.
Rest assured, this engine has undergone thorough degreasing and cleaning, rendering it inspection or installation-ready.
Additionally, the included 915 transmission, a non-limited slip 5-speed variant, delivers smooth shifting performance. The previous owner attests to the clutch having less than 100 miles of wear.
