Looking for someone to part loan my horse 2 / 3 days per week to suit loaner. Can be flexible. Dougal is 8 years old so being young he is not suitable for a novice or someone coming off riding school ponies. We are based in a friendly yard in Woodhall which has an outdoor school and off road hacking. However Dougal is excellent in traffic too.
I am looking for someone who is experienced and committed to part time loaning both summer and winter, and will also be willing to do all his care on their days. We have a trailer and therefore can drive you to any shows etc.
We have done some Le trec, horse agility, dressage (champion!), in hand showing and hacking. I have not yet jumped him as I’m too old for that,
but we do have jumping facilities at the yard.
Currently ridden by a 70 year old and with age comes arthritis and cataracts (mine not his). So if you are interested please contact me to discuss this further. He will not be able to move yards under any circumstances.
