2009 Vespa LXV50 - midnight blue | spares or repair

Much loved 2009 LXV50 Vespa with chrome fixtures.
It was stolen in 2022 - fortunately recovered but written off as category N.
Electrics haven't been quite the same since but I have ridden the bike since it was recovered. It needs a good service and new electrics to get it up and running again smoothly.
Is taxed and has MOT so if someone can restore it, it should work a treat.
I have the full history since I bought it new (all MOTs, servicing, etc.)
