12 months MOT, duonic gearbox allowing you to drive in manual OR automatic mode, I prefer manual. I have converted the interior for an 8 months stay in Iceland. 3 berths with 3 hammocks fastened to ceiling acting as wardrobe storage. I put in an extra layer of insulation on the floor to add to superb all round insulation. I was in temperatures of -12C and a small paraffin heater kept me toasted. The heat was retained for hours inside after switching the heater off. The freezer system works perfectly for when you stay in the Sahara desert. It has a new powerful leisure battery and new 4k inverter and an intelligent charger. The windows are fake, I have not made any changes to the bodywork. It only requires an awning to classify as a motorhome. There is no loo or running water as I had no need for these and my priority was insulation, Tires good, new transmission fluid, new shock absorber front near side, oil good for another year, new jack and stands for putting under truck if you do need to change a wheel, three drive seats in cab. I put 2 bunk beds in, the one at the rear sleeps 2 people though the pics show only the top bunk as the slats for the lower one are removed for more space. I have the slats and mattress for the third berth. You could sleep a fourth under the side bunk but that is allocated for kitchen duties hence gas bottle and stove. To get this classified as class 4 for MOT and insurance just requires an awning to be fitted. Sailed thru MOT last week with just one advisory on the driver seat belt which has a slight tear. Excellent turning circle and even when carrying 7 tons behaves itself admirably. Live in extreme heat or cold and in this very good & motorhome conversion. Rear lift and freezer working fine. Rear door has 2 internal padlocks for extra security. I will provide either a new wood burner or a paraffin heater for the rear, I used paraffin in Iceland as it takes less space. The wood burner is brand new and unused.
