Bay thoroughbred gelding Ex-racer
Would make a amazing Event/ Dressage horse/ ROR
Teddy is looking for his forever home ??
He is easy todo in all ways catch/ clip/ tack up etc
With amazing manner on the ground and in the saddle.
He has 3 lovely paces and is snaffle mouthed
He has been out and done a bit of dressage and took it all in his stride. Scoring 67% in his first ever test.
He has only raced once in a bumper but sadly was too slow. He was bred, trained and raced by the same family so has not been passed about.
Teddy is green but safe with it and is willing to learn. He has come on leaps and bounds in the past few months. His jump has not been spoilt he is happy in and out of fences and has done a few little XC & SJ hires.
He is good in open spaces.
Hacks out alone or in company.
He can be a bit worried about HGV’s coming from behind but not silly with it. He has got better with this over time and I believe it is something he will grow out of.
Seen all farm machinery, cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, dogs and not worried by any.
Very good feet, shod at front, bare at back and hacks across roads and gravel paths with no issue.
ROR Eligible.
Up to date with vacs, shoes, teeth etc
No vices or illness.
Tack included.
Only for sale due to teenager coming up to GCSEs and has not got the time to bring on.
Serious enquiries only and I will not be selling to a novice, in the right home this horse will go far. Teddy is not your typical 5 year old thoroughbred, he is very chilled, does not need a strict second by second routine, does not gaurd his food and does not mind being alone however at the end of the day he is a green 5 year old thoroughbred hence no novices.
