The caravan comprises three bedrooms with a pull out in the living room.
Bathroom with new shower (10 yrs guarantee) sink and new toilet, new cabinet and flooring.
Kitchen comprises of gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster all kitchen utensils, crockery and Iron plus some extras. All electrical pat tested (no issues)
Key pad lock on the outside of the caravan plus wooden bench and umberella. Private parking outside.
The site itself has two family entertainment centers with live acts and arcades. Bar and restaurant/sports bar.
Outside, is a childrens play park, sandpit with an adventure area, (extra cost) licenced bar and stage, football area and racing track. swimming pool fishing lake, (licence required) Hire bikes, laundrette, minimarket, fish and chip bar, papa johns and burger king free caravan drlivery
Owners are allocated with photographic passes which hold 15% discount for shops, laundrette, bike hire, food and drink, even at the bars and you can also use this in the Ferry Boat across the road at North end where they have amusements and occasional live acts. Each owner are allocated 10 passes for friends and family along with two car stickers.
