Tipsy
Full up 14/14.1 to mature a full up 14.2 5 year old Irish cob mare
Don’t be put off by her age as it’s like this horse has been here before!
Tipsy come over from Ireland 4 weeks ago now, she was backed slowly as a late 3 year old over in a trekking Center and was only sold due to closure. I would go as far to say I trust treacle with anyone on her back…. She’s been ridden by children , novices , adults and experienced riders .
Very very safe leg in each corner type, hacks on her own or in company at the front or at the back and isn’t fussed of other horses go bobbing off past her extremely level headed for her age .
Genuinely enjoys her work, loves jumping although shes never going to the Olympics shes currently comfortable jumping 65cm courses
Brillant in traffic , my yard comes straight out into a 40mph road and we get all sorts of Lorrie’s and busses and she’s fine.
Snaffle mouthed at all times even in open spaces , never bucked or reared and isn’t the spooky type.
There isn’t anything really she won’t turn her hoof to, she’s a sweet girl
Treacle can be timid till she knows you but she’s not nasty
Turns out with mares or geldings can live in or out
No health issues lumps bumps ect
Passed health checks before travel but is open to vetting if needed
Although she is a bit wary he was perfect to clip , load and travel I’ve had her on a lorry and on a trailer.
Currently shod as preference ( I shoe
all my horses ) but shed always been barefoot till I got her
Very sought after type and the first to see will definitely buy
