Project for sale from field

Flash is a super 10 year old thoroughbred gelding 16hh. He has been ridden, doesn't bite kick buck or rear. I was teaching a novice on him to learn rising trot. He has been on the road and is good in traffic. I have had to move him from one field to another as there was no grass. The field he is now in, I am not able to ride from.
