Looking for safe weight carrier

Looking for a 14hh- 15hh cob or weight carrier type. Must be safe as for a novice type rider. Will be used for hacking and pleasure rides and the odd schooling session. No youngsters. Preferably a gelding but will consider a mare. Will be vetted. Budget of mid-high 4s. Cambridgeshire area, preferably don't want to travel too far. In no rush, will take time to find the right horse.
