2020 model made in USA. Original issue model
Modelled on the legendary Gibson J45, the G series were launched to put some less costly specs on it (lose the sunburst, change the back wood, lose the gloss) to offer the same sort of slope shoulder dread for a fraction of the price. Made in the very same factory in the USA.
Sadly, this model was quite short lived and the G45 now is downgraded (no pickup, no hard case, not as nice a looker!) for more money! These ones existed for about three years I think
All solid woods - solid spruce top, solid walnut back and sides
Satin finish. Fitted with Fishman Sonitone pickup system. Grover tuners. Comes with genuine Gibson hard case same as the one the J45 uses, and original case candy. Guitar is in superb condition bar a new set of strings. OK, you may get some strum marks in the right light, but it looks pretty damn fresh to me.
Superb voice and projection that is far closer to the J45 than it should be for the money. I'm in two minds on selling this!
