The Märklin 6600 is an electronic speed controller for analog operation which is used in combination with an analog transformer such as the Märklin 6611 or Märklin 6631. With this controller, analogue trains can accelerate and decelerate with a delay and a waiting time can also be set (automatic shuttle). With the 6600 controller you can set the delay, stop and acceleration times yourself.
The Märklin 6600 only works for analog operation. Locomotives with a decoder cannot be used in combination with the Märklin 6600.
