Large four-field Russian icon, Early 19th century. It is egg tempera on a plaster background on a wooden panel. The two profiled rear Sponki are present. The icon depicts the Mother of God "joy to all who grieve", St. Nicholas, St. Michael and St. George fighting the dragon. Dimensions 31.0 x 25.5 x 3 cm. It was purchased at the Mars Auktionhaus in Wurzburg in Germany: one of the main world auctions of Icons. The original purchase documentation is available upon request. 67406413
