La Vecchia Signora by Esone. Active as a graffiti writer since 1985. The artist Pedro Dentinho, better known by his graffiti name Esone, founded the Arnhem Art foundation in 2017. This foundation gives (street art) artists a stage and makes murals. In the almost 35 years that the artist has worked with spray cans, he has developed a unique and abstract style that he now also shows on a cotton canvas. His paintings are now hanging throughout Europe and the USA. Various types of spray cans and caps have been used for the special effects. By letting black and white flow over and creating rectangular shapes sprayed diagonally against it, the canvas gets an intriguing, positive and calm appearance. The use of spray cans creates a unique combination of Op Art and Street Art. The sides of the canvas with the respectable dimensions of 70x60x4cm have also been sprayed.
