Aoi Huber was born in Tokyo in 1936. She grew up in a lively and creative environment, which stimulated her interest in graphics. Later she moved to Milan, where she made many drawings and illustrations for various publishers collaborating with Max Huber, whom she married in 1962.

The artistic direction of this work was curated by Paolo Minoli, reference person also of Bruno Munari among other artists.

This work is part of a diptych, but it’s also autonomous individually, it can be positioned both horizontally and vertically (this is how the artist studied it).
