Four Compact Discs from the English rock band Blur's 2003 "Think Tank" album that was art-directed by Banksy and contain Banksy art work produced specifically for not just the album but also selected single tracks released separately from the album

The lot contains:

1 x "Think Tank" CD album - catalogue number 7243-582997-2-4- clear plastic jewel case (10.4 mm spine).

1 x "Think Tank" special edition CD album - catalogue number 7243-5-82997-0-0 - red cloth cover and booklet.

1 x "Crazy Beat" single CD - catalogue number 7243-552331-0-3 - clear slimline plastic jewel case (6 mm spine).

1 x "Out of Time" single CD - catalogue number 7243-552229-0-9 - clear slimline plastic jewel case (6 mm spine).

All inserts and jewel boxes are in good condition.

They will we carefully packed and shipped.

Banksy commented at the time of release:

“I’ve done a few things to pay the bills, and I did the Blur album. It was a good record and [the commission was] quite a lot of money. I think that’s a really important distinction to make. If it’s something you actually believe in, doing something commercial doesn’t turn it to sh*t just because it’s commercial. Otherwise you’ve got to be a socialist rejecting capitalism altogether, because the idea that you can marry a quality product with a quality visual and be a part of that even though it’s capitalistic is sometimes a contradiction you can't live with. But sometimes it’s pretty symbiotic, like the Blur situation.”
