Catawiki’s goal is to make special objects universally available. Our weekly auctions feature thousands of unusual, rare, and exceptional objects you won’t find in just any store. Splendid late 19th century Morse telegraph, in working order, from an inheritance. Museum object. I'm no expert, but the information comes from an established antique dealer. In very good condition, despite its age. The mechanism, protected by its original cut glass, is in perfect condition. After more than 100 years of work and time spent, it is not easy to find it in this condition. The telegraph appears not to be missing any pieces and is complete with its windup key. The mainspring works like the whole mechanism and appears to have no breaks of any kind. On the front the inscription Ferreri e Co. Milano, with serial number 308. Normal signs of use and age, with the on the original patina; the conditions are more than good. The telegraph is very spectacular and is a unique piece which, in addition to standing out in every place and where, creates attention, value and prestige. Its dimensions make it perfect and rare, so as to be inserted in any context, creating attention, value and prestige. Insured and tracked shipping will be done by courier while the packaging will be handled professionally. 67239061
