Four beautiful original wood engravings by Frans Masereel. The plates are 24 x 18.5 cm, the engravings are 15.5 x 11.5 cm. They are part of the in 1964 bundled collection 'Mijn land'.

Frans Masereel (31 July 1889 - 3 January 1972) was a Flemish painter and graphic artist who worked mainly in France and was best known for his woodcuts that focused on political and social themes such as war and capitalism. He completed more than 40 wordless novels in his career.
