The correct packaging requires weight. Our shipments do not carry
the hook to prevent breakage.
Shipments to the islands carry extra costs "Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Sicily, etc. that the client must pay to receive the package, as well as provide ID and a proforma invoice must be made, shipments to the islands, even if they are national, are made by sea, which delays the package from 6 days to 10 days to receive it. If this is your case, please contact us once you win the lot.
Shipments include packaging cost.
All our shipments have transport insurance, although this insurance usually covers the cost of the shipment at most and the breakage must be total, photos will be requested if so.
The Frames Outside the CCE will not be sent for the reason because customs puts many inconveniences. All our pieces are usually sent with a frame or glass. The breakage of this in transport is not our responsibility, so it must be understood as a gift. All pieces with a frame must be understood that you bid for it without it. The partial breakage of the frame has to be understood as happening so please keep this in mind as the company will not be responsible. All our pieces are attributable to the painter, this is a prudent estimate unless there is a certificate from an expert that is reflected in photos.
