Beautiful large Art Deco ring with a decor of loops, blackened sides, ball on the side and a large cabochon of Agate.
Made Approx. 1930-40 by a skilled silversmith from the region of Dresden, Germany.
Plateau size: 35 mm L x 20 mm Br.
Agate is very beautiful transparent and in good condition, dimensions: 20 mm Lx 14 mm Br. x 5mm H.
Size is flexible, open at the bottom: 16.5 - 17 mm.

Bauhaus ideas and designs arose from 1928.
Modernist jewelry in the style of the New Objectivity emerged.
The jewelry was determined by geometric shapes such as spheres, loops and spirals, a good example is this ring!
