I am offering for auction a very finely detailed 19th century oil on panel of a woman in a red scarf, by German artist Franz Carl Sessig, 1854-1914. Signed bottom right. In an impressive heavy frame.
The painting measures 20 x 15 cm. The frame is 42 x 37 cm.
Condition of the painting is fairly good . Please view all photos for accurate condition. A few light marks. Panel slightly loose in frame. The frame has some light wear. Ready to hang.
