Jacques Delvaux (1929 - 2010) was a Belgian expressionist painter, working in Antwerp. He is the cousin of Paul Delvaux. He won the first prize at the Academy of Antwerp in the 1940s.

He made powerful expressionist works in thick colorful layers of paint. His preference was for landscapes, beach views, harbors and marines. He moved to Cannes in France in the 1980s. Many of his works have been sold in Paris, where an exhibition was held in 2011.

He has been mentioned in Belgian art forms and is an internationally renowned painter.
